The joy of listening
Completely
Not adding anything to the cacophony of life’s volume...
Simply listening

To gaze tenderly
Within the heart of stillness
Holding a point of focus
Concentration expands
Maintaining a still point
Of vision
Of listening
Of being

Mouth and jaw soft and sealed within the meeting point
Of silent lips.
No work to do.
The breathe arises through the nostrils, expanding and releasing,
Ever presence to the scents that are within the environment.
The breath carries the smells to active receptors ready to receive.

Awareness of all that emits, pulses and resonates in your environment. And the silence within it all.

Awareness of the sense of touch. Temperature, contact with clothes, furniture, the earth.
Just feeling, just being.

Within this Lotus of tenderness,
Allowing the opening,
Of the blooming of your own sacred flower.
Of your own divine essence
Within the stillness of your senses...
Deep peace....

Nothing to add
Nothing to seek
Nothing to know
Nothing to grow

The quiet blessing
That is the fulfilment within the empty full space embodied.

All senses active
Listening, seeing, smelling, feeling.
Within this gentle body soul presence,
intuiting
a deep sense of connection, of guidance, of expanding self, interconnected beyond form, identity beyond itself, as one with your home planet and expanding as universal being, solar planets and frequencies in communion.

Transference of the wisdom, innate gifts, remembrance as its simple knowing,
beyond profound,
humility of the ordinary
realising itself
as a candle is lit
and is the Light.

Simple expanded presence, within the listening
Within the being
Within the knowing

Such peace is the truth as the stillness blesses the being.

Such gratitude as remembrance illuminates the truth.

Deepening now the daily practice the anchors the integration as unified fragments.
As practice in time merges as every moment.

The power walk
that paves a new path.
Dedication and arising that moves every cell within the temple of experience
in dynamic motivation that supersedes needing anything.

The desire to dance the movement that expresses
trust as synthesis,
ignited
with the delight of synchronicities
that affirm and validate
the perfection beyond striving, and mirror the power
that is pure conversion as universal source realisation.

The flow from nothingness in its simple expression of appreciation,
to the profound limitless undefinable fractal of realisation.

What an honouring
and deep healing
on such profound limitless levels.
As gift for self, each other, family, community, humanity, Pachamuma our Mother Earth,
Universal Being our Father Spirit.

To give voice in safe dedicated space
as Intimacy in Innocence.

Fearlessly United within deepest fears.
Pure Presence stripped to depth.

The core wounds
as fear of rejection, confusion, unfulfilled, shame, guilt, and impacting failure …

Honesty of the depth of shame and undeserving,
triple guilt as identity foundations
and the anchoring of unloveable at profound levels.
Failure forever as such grief suppressed.

Life to always provide the evidence that this is so,
and our terror yet neediness to make the right choices.
Is our lovelessness validated or challenged?
The desire, the desperation to evolve?

The disappointment and inner echo
that declares that love will be withheld forever.
The constant pressure to overcome such hidden beliefs as diverting the Truth of Love ever Present.
Ultimately, the emptiness, the loneliness,
lack of intimacy as connection denied,
separation as exhaustion
...the waste of life itself.

Devastation as impulse.

So driven,
So hidden,
yet deemed as true.

Disguised in good intentions.
To save the world,

Something to do,
that has to be done.

The suppression
of conflict and isolation as relationship.

The Realisation of Absolute,
from which All merges into Nothingness.

The Divine Plan is nothing within itself.
But yet again, a form that Resounds
within our consciousness,
to guide,
to magnetize attention and intention,
through dimensional unison into the Void.

Behind the Breath

The Divine Plan, is too, Sacred Sounding,
form anchoring the Essence of a Truth,
beyond construct of the ordinary mind state.

To consider alludes Truth,
and so we weave our habit of thought,
and amplify mind power,
providing the satisfaction of a reference point,
of directional process,
which then allows the dissonance of forgetfulness,
and layers of illusion,
to merge into the tapestry of a Truth

Life presents us with the experience of challenge. Depending on the resources available to us at the time of challenge, determines how we manage and grow through the presenting opportunities. Our resources can be limitless and also limited depending on our ability to recognize, utilize and deepen in our wisdom and capacity. They are innumerable, from energetic contexts of physical, emotional, mental, meridian, to family, society and universal laws.

Patterns of genetics are an inherited constant, which underlies our own choices or no choice. As life carves its path as we tread, our available energy alters, affecting our ability to be as resourceful as ideal. The blue print of our genetics is deeply familiar, and a reference of response from within the subconscious. Bit by bit, compromises of our ‘self’ reveal, presenting less expression of true potential.

Vulnerability becomes experience, and the natural pattern of safety is to defend what feels vulnerable. Like nestling into a deep pit, there seems no way out into free expression. Defending position becomes familiar and comfortable, and a way of life. Re-enforced by the possibility that others may recognize how incomplete and vulnerable we are. Live by the barriers. Yet, yearn for freedom.

The internal conflict is desiring connection and unification, but the passage and way forward is not clear, blurred by doubt, fear and lessened energetic capacity. A compromised existence, hopeful yet defiant to maintain what is familiar. Crisis is inevitable. It is just a matter of when the impulse to change supersedes the desire and supposed need to hide from the self.

The aim is the retraining of the nervous system to remember its original pattern.
To activate the awareness of the functionality which supports the full expression of potentiality.
