Retreat within simplicity and flow.
The structure is Light,
with much open-heartedness.
It evolves with sincerity of listening within group and individual needs.

Intention:
Gentle Presence within natural environment.
Morning Alignment with choices from Meditation, Yoga, Chi Activation,… sleep!
Group Tipi Time: Circle sharing as Rite of Passage. Wisdom Ways.
Natural Choices: Kindness, Respect and Listening, Deepening Breath, stillness, sacred walks, land care options, resting, , .
Nourishment: Simple wholesome food provided.
Accommodation:
A few unique options at Simply B Sanctuary:
Phoenix bus, stingray tree levitation, lotus bud,
though bringing your own swag/tent/van and sleeping bags/sheets is encouraged.
Please advise your preference, or if you are bringing your own gear.
Environment:
Perfectly Simple and Rustic!
This may also present physical challenge for some as the land is a Gully,
therefore lots of movement up and down hills.
Not too steep, but it certainly strengthens the system!
Orientation will be provided on arrival.
Water is minimal but managed well, no flushing toilets,
though the Throne is awesome (composting toilet).
As it is a gully, and hilly, and there are paths and steps that require mindful movement.
Walking with care to the moss and more is important in honouring the beauty that simply is!
And of course, honouring you.....your well-being and safety.
The Gulleelalah Agreement
to be sighted and signed in acknowledgement
of self responsibility and accountability.
There is no insurance covering liability,
so in coming,
it is completely at your own risk.
Financial Contribution:
Gulleelalah is supported by generosity and contributions.
Minimum suggestion to cover food, refills, amenity up-grades: $150 per day
Please discuss any personal agreements to ensure that exchange feels
honouring, achievable, comfortable and transparent.
Travel:
Location and directions advised on confirmation of intention to attend.
A special part of attending the retreat, is the travel ‘over seas’ to the Sanctuary...
There is the option of travelling by the Spirit of Tasmania which docks at Devonport.
Gulleelalah is just under 3 hours drive.
The Spirit can book up, particularly during holiday periods so it’s worth booking early if possible.
Hobart Airport is the closest airport, approx an hour away.
Airport pick up may be arranged, $70 per trip.
Consider:
The altitude is about 500m above sea level. It is colder. Especially at night.
However, there are back-up clothes at Gulleelalah, the Phoenix Boutique!
Bring your personal items, and any extra snacks if you like.
Good to bring a face washer or two for your own cleaning and self attention.
Walking shoes, and easy slip on/off shoes for easy in/out of Bus and Tipi.
The closest town is 20 mins away with supermarket, medical centre, pharmacy, etc.
So if need be, its not that far away for supplies or support.
There is mobile reception at Gulleelalah.
It is encouraged not to use devices, particularly during Retreat Circle,
but respecting family contact may be necessary and supportive
with awareness of the opportunity for quiet time out.

has been evolving from a totally raw state of Nature in Sublime,
to humble beginnings of a base for gathering or sole-to-soul journey.
Located within a protected state forest in midlands Tassie,
a beautiful Gully now dedicated
for the gentle walk of honouring,
presence,
communal open-hearted sharing as spirit song.
An old bedford bus decked out as a simple base,
a sublime sacred circle perfect for ceremonial tipi,
fire circle,
and wilderness to be respected,
breathed,
and blessed.
Foundations are now laid,
and pathways are forming,
for the walk of ever presence
and remembering the reverie that uplifts and inspires endlessly.
This is a project ongoing, not for the faint hearted.
There are challenges to meet and overcome.
Initiating the hidden and readiness to reveal.
Such early stages of foundational dedication.
The rawness is the delight... and not!
As so many of our domestic habits are totally ingrained,
rigid ways to relearn to flow with cycles of movement
as nature predicts the unpredictable.
The grace to grow and learn with what simply is.

to diversify,
to remember,
and to evolve ...
gradually, with grace
so the merging of nature and human are in unison
of support, safety and ease of experience.
