Doula Service

I write this page with sincerity,
as my impulse for offering my services as a trained and experienced Doula,
feels very Sacred and un-defining.
It is a pure offering that I believe is essential in every community.
And for this reason, I add this page,
so I may be found, if the need is there.....

For birth attendance that I assist as Doula,
all financial contribution goes to the birthing, growth and development of
Gulleelalah Simply B Sanctuary.
A beautiful retreat for deepening presence within nature and nurture.
For self, and others that feel the value in coming and/or being part of such a joyous sharing as co-creation!
Authentic Together as Opportunity to Witness and Experience.
Just as Birth Is!

A Doula can have an invaluable role pre and post natally.
And may also include supportive presence at the birth.
Depending on family circumstances and preferences,
kindness and connections through all the stages,
builds a true sense of community relationship.

Presence is sometimes silent witness,
and standing back,
knowing that when and if needed,
support is always there.

I am truly blessed to have nurtured families
from pre conception preparation,
intensities and uniqueness of trimesters of pregnancy,
the primal powerful process that is birthing
(Thank You Mumma's!!! OMG!)
and the absolute layers that are family,
particularly with newborn and sibling integrations.

It is a Privilege to be of Service
with the simple goal of Compassion and Kindness,
our Hearts, our Lives, Together.
For the greatest outcomes,
particularly for our Children.

The expansion that occurs when there is the readiness, or not, of pregnancy,
is a whole new chapter in our lives.
Merging the experience and approaches I offer,
from Kinesiology, Pregnancy Massage, Reiki, Resonance Healing, etc,
all work together
to soften, deepen and support
this unfathomable initiation of life change,
whatever choices are made,
however it all unfolds,
Love is Constant.

Parenting...
Every experience in one's life is highlighted,
not only the Joy and Bliss beyond measure
but the challenges that arise;
concerns, fears, doubts, insecurities, anger, frustration,
memories, exhaustion, endlessness,
sleeplessness!!!

To balance through this sacred gateway with kinesiology approach,
is such a profound opportunity for increasing capacity to parent
with authenticity, integrity and influence.

Healing of Self,
Healing of All that Is.
All that arises...
This is particularly significant
for preparing and integrating pre and post natal.

Well, any time really!

And so important too,

to acknowledge and honour the fathers and siblings,
grandparents, dear friends...
...including mother and babes.
The whole family is an integrated unit!
Everyone so impacted in so many ways!
Each benefiting from support available,
when it matters most!

Birthing Presence

From my experience assisting as birthing Doula,
I have come to realise the full value of this offering...
From gentle energy of listening and encouragement,
honouring the family's without judgment or self imposing approaches,
mindfulness of what is most needed...
It may be to bring resources,
to guide with positions and direction of choice,
follow or release the birth plan,
or to simply hold wise, quiet space
whilst mother and all the family and loved ones feel safe
to go deeper into innate knowing.

Having a dedicated person in complete service
to whatever is required to embellish the flow,
is a natural order that enhances
the state of peace surrounding such Strong.

It can ease pressure for partners,
the mother,
and all who are present,
knowing certain things are just taken care of...
No matter what,
a constance of support
from the beginning to the next beginning.

Whether home or hospital,
planned or unplanned,
natural or intervened,
creating the atmosphere of sacred potential,
and being the breath of presence and assurance
with the greatest degree of honour and respect,
active intelligence and mindfulness,
is the essence of the humble service
that is the Birthing Doula's role, purpose and influence.

To be asked to attend a birth,
is the most intimate ask.
The connection and person has to feel right.
And it is a huge commitment from a Birthing Doula to accept the role too.

Her service far exceeds what may be seen and recognised.
A dedication and alignment that extends beyond time.

For this reason,
I do not actively promote myself as a Birthing Assistant/Doula.
But I may be found and asked
if it feels I am the right person for the role.
Or I may link you with others that may be better suited to support you.
It may be that I provide invaluable resource pre and post natal.

And.... Vaccination Balancing

A very important Choice
for babe to be balanced to vaccinations.

This introduces the frequency of the vaccines to the babe
using samples placed on the body,
awakening the nervous system to any affect at a vibrational level.

If there is a response as challenge to the vaccine/s,
determined through kinesiology pathways of assessment,
switching on the body's ability to recognise and process the vaccine/s,
also encouraging elimination systems to respond with optimal efficiency,
is an invaluable influence for supporting best outcome
from the vaccination schedule.

It is something we can do,
particularly at a time in society
when there is much less acceptance of choice around vaccines.

This process can begin in utero,
and most definitely prior and post vaccinations.
Support with homeopathics,
particular NES infoceuticals may be recommended.
For Vaccination balances, I recommend 30 mins bookings.

Danielle D: I recommend having a doula to everyone! It was one of the best decisions I made. Having someone in the room with whom you are familiar makes all the difference. There were outstanding aspects of what Latimah offered relating to the physical and emotional work she was able to offer as well (also being qualified in massage and kinesiology) and the support she offered my mother (retired midwife) during the whole process. In particular, I deeply appreciated her continuous CALM presence, the offers of food and drink, and having the extra pair of hands for when I needed something during labour. She was really amazing.

My Reflections as Doula......

Doula....
Although often associated with the birthing process,
ultimately every breath is new birth.

We are all moving through our own evolving experiences
and this is a Constant,
that is the change we are undergoing....
with each breath.

Doula is a term given to humble service,
witnessing, supporting, educating, affirming,
ensuring that the best outcomes for change
may unfold with the greatest of consciousness
and ease of Being.

I feel, I know, I Am Doula to everyone I support.
Regardless!

Labels dissolve as Innocence Is
Simplicity...

We are all of Birth,
of mother/father,
of family,
of union,
of ageing and staging,
of community,
of Humanity.

Divine Presence and Shining the Light
as Capacity and Remembering,
and to Truly Be Free
to Live, Love and Be
the Absolute Potential
that we are here to Be,
is the path of least resistance.

Even when vulnerability may be undoing and shedding
old structures we are ready to Evolve.
Honouring of this Process that is Life,
that we All share...
