When I was first looking for a new direction with my healing, Latimah and her beautiful healing space jumped out at me instantly. As soon as I made my appointment I was excited, counting down. I had no idea how much my healing session was going to help in so many ways.
After initially talking about past traumas and physical issues Latimah suggested I had already dealt with these and that we should work on clearing out the lingering remnants of these issues.
Throughout my healing session I felt a huge shift and by the end there was just complete calmness, which I have not felt for many years now.
My session ended with crystal healing and meditation, incorporating Latimah’s beautiful gongs. Each time the sound was at its strongest I had a very clear vision, 4 in total, and each one was clearly a stage in my trauma and healing. I had a powerful sense that I needed to create these visions into an artwork, which I did over the following week. This helped me see just how far I have come and that I am at the end of that part of my journey, ready to start my new journey, yay. (Picture below!)
Following this three events have occurred that would normally find me very emotional, withdrawn or in severe pain. Happily the complete calmness I felt after my healing session has stayed with me throughout all three of these events. I feel at peace with everything and excited with where my path is headed.

After a wonderful nine years of motherhood, the remnants of tragedies from the past were still buried deep. Latimah and I crossed paths many times. What a wonderful mix and gift to us all.
Why am I writing all this? In intense gratitude for freedom from what has felt like a life sentence of pain and suffering - some of it manifesting as 55 years of regular body pain and some of it buried deeply within, creating much confusion and anxiety. Suffering which, on arising in awareness, has been held and supported through its process of healing, by your work, your wisdom, humour and wonderful presence.
My thanks know no end Latimah, as, at 65 years of age I continue to experience being migraine free, medication and anxiety free, with an energy and will to fully embrace my life. My relationship with the Lovely Latimah started when my relationship with the road started.
